The Malawi MEL Lead will independently lead all in-country evaluations across One Acre Fund Malawi's Agriculture, Agroforestry, and Carbon portfolios, guiding the program toward deeper impact at scale. This role also manages a team of over 100 members, overseeing their growth, well‑being, and the department’s budgeting and financial management.
One Acre Fund is a nonprofit social enterprise that supplies smallholder farmers with financing, high-quality seeds and fertilizer, field-based training, and market access to increase yields and incomes. Serving over 1 million farmers, it bundles inputs, asset loans, and hands-on agronomic support delivered directly to rural communities.
