Managed Care Billing and Collections

The role is responsible for obtaining insurance authorizations, referrals, and payments for patient visits and procedures, as well as collecting patient coinsurance, deductibles, and self‑pay revenue. It ensures accurate and timely billing and reimbursement, manages billing and collections activities, and provides training and support on managed care billing practices.
