Managed Care Coordinator I

The Managed Care Coordinator I supports Clinical Operations by acting as a liaison among members, physicians, delegates, and service coordinators. The role handles service request reviews, case documentation, member and provider communications, and assists with onboarding and training of new staff. It also participates in utilization management screening and case management activities to ensure members receive appropriate care and services.
