Managed Care Negotiator

This role negotiates patient-specific Letters of Agreement for reimbursement rates with non-contracted payers to ensure patient access under the direction of Managed Care Department leaders. The position supports department leaders by managing negotiation documents, resolving payer disputes, and assisting with various projects such as training materials and contract compliance. It serves as an intermediary between payers and Sutter Health to address operational issues and ensure regulatory adherence.
