Managed Care Technician

The Managed Care Technician supports the Managed Care department by handling day-to-day interactions with Independent Practice Associations and Health Plans, including membership attributions, credentialing, and grievance resolution. The role involves producing and validating monthly reports on membership trends, quality improvement initiatives, and network adequacy. Additionally, the position assists with provider credentialing, reappointment processes, and enrollment with various payors and state-sponsored programs.
