Managed Care Technician

The Managed Care Technician supports the Managed Care department by handling managed care contracting requirements, provider and site enrollments with payors, and maintaining IPA relationships. The role involves day-to-day interactions with health plans, processing membership attributions, analyzing trends, and managing credentialing and enrollment documentation. This position also produces monthly reports on membership trends, quality improvement initiatives, and network adequacy.
