About this role

The Managed File Transfer Engineer will engineer, secure, automate, and support enterprise Managed File Transfer and Enterprise Fax services platforms. This role focuses on platform architecture, reliability, security, and automation while modernizing legacy technologies and reducing technical debt. The engineer provides Level 3 production support and drives continuous improvement in resiliency, scalability, and operational supportability.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain enterprise Managed File Transfer infrastructure and supporting technologies
Develop automation using PowerShell, Python, Shell, and Ansible to reduce manual effort
Define and implement secure MFT standards covering SFTP, HTTPS, AS2, and encryption
