Managed IT Services Director

The MCI Director leads RSM’s El Salvador Managed IT, Cloud, and Infrastructure practice, overseeing both internal operations and client service delivery within a global offshore model. The role focuses on growing the practice, aligning local execution with RSM’s global managed services strategy, and ensuring a consistent client experience across teams and geographies. This position serves as a key bridge between El Salvador operations and US leadership within RSM’s Managed IT Services organization.
