Managed Services Technical Support

This role provides daily onsite technical support for end-users within the North Lawrence Community Schools, including students, teachers, and administrators. The position requires excellent communication and troubleshooting skills to manage a dynamic K-12 environment while prioritizing requests. The individual will handle device deployments, repairs, and software installations while maintaining detailed records in a ticketing system.
