Management Assistant

The Management Assistant provides high-quality administrative, coordination, and organizational support to the Managing Director and the wider management team of the German Operating Company. This role ensures efficient daily operations, professional stakeholder communication, and smooth coordination of agendas, events, travel, and office support. The position is based in the Düsseldorf office and includes acting as a backup for front-desk and office management activities.
