Management Assistant

The Management Assistant provides high-quality management and administrative support to three senior leaders within the Brachy Solutions team, primarily supporting the Vice President & Head of Product Management Brachytherapy. The role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and events, handling business travel, and maintaining organized digital files and team information. This position requires excellent communication skills in English and Dutch, advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency, and the ability to work independently while balancing competing requests from multiple stakeholders.
