About this role

EMCO is seeking new or recent graduates to join its Management Development Program as a Management Trainee. This full-time, salaried role offers a base salary of $52,500 plus profit sharing, with relocation support across Canada. The 3.5–4 year program progresses through four phases—Warehouse and Customer Service, Procurement, Account Management and Proactive Sales, and Leadership and Operations—to develop leadership and business management skills and prepare participants for management roles at a Canadian Profit Center.
