About this role

The Management in Trainee (MIT) Program is a 9–12-month initiative designed to develop future leaders within SRS Distribution/Heritage by providing hands-on exposure to all facets of the business, including warehouse operations, sales, finance, and supply chain. Participants undergo on-the-job training, mentorship, and corporate development to build a strong foundation for advancing to roles such as Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, or Operations Manager. The program requires a willingness to relocate for training and promotions across various branch locations.

Responsibilities

Gain hands-on exposure to warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain, and human resources
Develop skills to rise to the position of Branch Manager and beyond through on-the-job training and mentorship
Build a strong foundation for a successful career in the building/landscape or pool distribution industry
