About this role

The Management Intern for Experiential Learning Programs supports the implementation and delivery of experiential learning opportunities to strengthen student engagement, leadership development, and professional growth within the Fulton Schools of Engineering. This role primarily supports the Grand Challenges Scholars Program and Engineering Projects in Community Service initiatives, handling day-to-day program administration, student support, and event execution. The position also involves supervising student employees and supporting the E2 Camp retention initiative.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day operations and student support for experiential learning programs
Supervise, train, and evaluate student employees while developing work assignments
Collect and analyze participation data to support assessment and continuous improvement
