Management Trainee Program

The 12‑month paid Management Trainee Program at Country View Family Farms provides new graduates with hands‑on experience in swine production, leadership development, and business operations across multiple farm locations. Trainees rotate through breeding, gestation, farrowing, and wean‑to‑finish operations while receiving mentorship, workshops, and continuous improvement training to prepare for future leadership roles.
