About this role
A Management Trainee participates in an intensive 16-week Operations Management Trainee Program designed to prepare the candidate for an initial leadership/supervisory role in operations. This is an entry-level position that focuses on learning transportation industry fundamentals, cross-dock operations, and leadership communication under the direction of a mentor. Successful completion of the program requires relocation to another facility for the first operations leadership assignment.
