About this role
A Management Trainee participates in an entry-level, intensive 16-week Operations Management Trainee Program designed to prepare candidates for initial leadership/supervisory roles in operations. The program provides guided study and mentoring to build knowledge of the transportation industry and cross-dock operations. Upon completion, trainees are expected to relocate to another facility for their first leadership assignment.
