A Management Trainee in the Operations Management Trainee Program participates in a 16-week intensive, entry-level training designed to prepare them for a leadership/supervisory role in operations. The role focuses on learning transportation industry fundamentals, efficient cross-dock operations, leadership and communication skills, and relationship building under the guidance of a mentor. Upon completion, relocation to another facility for the first leadership assignment is required.
