About this role

The Management Trainee will rotate through all aspects of plant operations to develop a comprehensive understanding of the facility, including safety, production, maintenance, and supporting functions. The role includes observing safety protocols, learning supervisory paperwork, assisting with continuous improvement, and eventually leading teams while working toward a leadership position within the plant.

Responsibilities

Observe and enforce company safety rules
Learn and perform all plant operations functions
Assist with maintenance and preventive maintenance activities
Develop and review plant budgets with the General Manager
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across departments
