Management Trainee

The Management Trainee program at Kenny U-Pull is a six-month, hands‑on development rotation across multiple functions such as call center, dispatch, purchasing, marketing, customer service, operations, safety and training. Trainees gain practical leadership experience, coaching frontline staff, and learning to manage yard operations, retail activities, and compliance in a fast‑paced automotive recycling environment.
