Management Trainee

The Management Trainee will support the new Buckle store in Byron Center, Michigan by delivering exceptional guest service, driving sales, and assisting with store operations. Working closely with the Store Manager, the trainee will develop leadership, recruiting, visual merchandising, and operational skills with the goal of becoming a Store Manager. The role includes flexible scheduling, participation in a structured training program, and the opportunity to act as Store Manager in their absence.
