Management Trainee

This role is part of a 12 to 18-month Management Trainee Program designed to prepare future hospitality leaders within the hotel's Rooms Division. The position involves supporting daily Front Office and Guest Relations operations to ensure high-quality guest experiences and service recovery. Participants will engage in rotational training across various departments while learning to monitor guest satisfaction and maintain brand standards.
