Manager, 3D Character Art - Teamfight Tactics

The 3D Character Lead for the Singapore Teamfight Tactics Cosmetic team will define and uphold the visual direction and quality for character and environment cosmetic content, collaborating closely with the Associate Art Director and cross-functional partners. The role focuses on developing and mentoring internal and external 3D artists, building a high-performing, motivated team, and improving production rituals to ensure efficient, high-quality craft delivery. This position contributes to the game’s art style and player-facing value within Riot’s Teamfight Tactics franchise.
