Manager, Accounting

The Accounting Manager at CapMetro reports directly to the Controller and plays a critical role in strengthening internal controls, financial reporting accuracy, and process improvement initiatives. This position serves as a backup to the Controller and provides strategic financial guidance to management and employees across the organization. The role oversees financial accounting, treasury operations, audit compliance, grants administration, and ERP system improvements while leading and developing accounting staff.
