This role serves as a strategic partner to the Ads Sales business in the DACH markets, defining long-term advertising strategies and translating them into actionable annual and multi-year plans. The position involves advising local leadership on market positioning, growth priorities, and go-to-market strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch and expand the ads business in Austria and Switzerland. The incumbent will lead financial planning, market analysis, and monetization efforts to drive revenue growth and competitive differentiation.
