Manager, Affiliates & Influencers

As an Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager at Neo, you will drive growth for Canada's fastest-growing fintech by managing relationships with over 80 partner networks and executing influencer campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Affiliates & Influencers, you will oversee the full lifecycle of partnerships, from onboarding and negotiation to performance optimization and campaign execution. This role requires balancing daily operational tasks with strategic initiatives to make affiliate channels the company's largest source of new customers.
