Manager, AgentOps

This role leads the AgentOps team at Pearson, building and operating an internal agentic AI platform that runs agent crews across business units with production-grade reliability and governance. The position combines hands-on technical leadership in system design and code review with people management responsibilities, including hiring, coaching, and developing a high-performing engineering team.
