About this role

AltaGas is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to develop, refine, and embed a consistent Agile delivery practice within Delivery Enablement and Excellence (Digital PMO). This hands-on role involves shaping the Agile methodology, rollout, and adoption to create a practical and sustainable practice across the organization. The successful candidate will work with delivery teams, leaders, and business stakeholders to pilot, improve, train, and scale the practice.

Responsibilities

Define and refine Agile delivery frameworks, methodologies, and playbooks
Coach delivery teams and leaders on Agile practices and adoption
Develop training roadmaps and reusable enablement assets
