About this role

The Manager, Agile Delivery & Portfolio Enablement serves as the delivery and operational lead for the People Technology portfolio, partnering with Product Leaders, Technology teams, and HR stakeholders to drive Agile delivery execution and portfolio planning. This role facilitates Agile ceremonies, manages cross-team dependencies, and provides executive reporting on delivery health, resource capacity, and risks. The position ensures delivery commitments remain aligned with business priorities while supporting continuous improvement and governance activities.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive delivery execution across multiple squads
Coordinate portfolio planning, governance, and quarterly planning activities
Develop executive dashboards and reporting to support leadership decision-making
