The Manager, AI Enablement Operations is a leadership role within Equitable Bank’s AI Centre of Enablement (AI CoE), focused on operationalizing the bank’s enterprise AI initiatives and supporting organization-wide adoption. The role partners across IT, Security, HR, and business units to bridge AI strategy and governance with everyday use of AI tools. This is a hybrid, Toronto-based position.
