The Manager, AI Enablement identifies and frames operational problems to surface AI opportunities across the business, managing the opportunity pipeline from intake to approved-for-build projects. This role builds trusted relationships with leaders and employees to uncover pain points, evaluate process improvements, and translate solutions for the AI Product and Delivery team. The position also supports AI adoption through the Champions Program, training, and reporting on impact and engagement.
