About this role

The Manager of Analytics and Reporting drives the digitalization of reporting processes and leads AI and Robotics Process Automation initiatives within Capital Markets and International Operations. This role involves designing dashboards, synthesizing data requirements, and consulting on analytical solutions to enable fact-based business decisions using advanced data visualization and analytics tools. The position requires enhancing data skills while acting as an AI champion to build scalable, repeatable analytics solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities

Design and implement interactive reporting dashboards using Power BI and Tableau
Lead Robotics Process Automation and AI program development initiatives
Translate complex business needs into technical data analytics specifications
Coach teams on effective use of AI tools and self-serve analytics platforms
Optimize and automate analysis processes to create scalable decision support tools
