Manager and Actuary (Actuarial Modeling Team)

The Standard seeks an Actuarial Manager to oversee BAU execution, workflow coordination, and team operations for its Modeling Team, with a primary focus on the Retirement Plan product line. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of actuarial outputs, strengthen team scalability, and enable senior leaders to focus on strategic initiatives. The manager will also lead training for junior staff and reinforce consistent modeling and governance standards across the organization.
