The Manager, AOT Recruiting – East leads and coaches a team of recruiters across the eastern region to achieve placement and pipeline goals while personally managing a select number of Aspiring Operator Trainee candidates through the recruiting process. This player‑coach role partners with field operations, training, and real estate to align talent forecasts with store openings and uses data and Salesforce to drive performance and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
