Manager, Apparel Innovation Enablement

The Manager, Apparel Innovation Enablement leads and develops the regional Apparel Engineering team to ensure consistent technical execution, production readiness, and product quality across the portfolio. This role involves driving integrated physical and digital development, overseeing testing and vendor performance, and building trusted partnerships within VF, brands, and vendor teams. The position requires translating functional direction into clear team priorities while managing technical risk, capacity, and Go-To-Market milestones. The manager provides visibility to senior leadership on team performance and emerging regional needs to execute agreed functional priorities.
