The Manager, Application Security leads and matures enterprise application security capabilities across a complex technology environment, owning the program end-to-end to ensure secure software development practices are embedded into the SDLC. This role partners closely with engineering, platform, and risk teams to drive measurable risk reduction while balancing regulatory and business requirements. The position involves defining security strategies, overseeing testing tool integration, and mentoring security engineers to scale AppSec capabilities efficiently.
