About this role

The Manager, Applications Design Engineering leads a team of Applications Engineers who provide front-end internal consulting and technical support for three-phase power, automation, and communications in low- and medium-voltage switchgear. The role owns team performance, develops people and processes, and partners cross-functionally to deliver scalable, high-quality custom product solutions. The manager also ensures technical alignment, code compliance, and knowledge transfer across sales, design, production, and field service.
