Manager, Aquatics & Attractions Safety

The Manager, Aquatics & Attractions Safety ensures the safety and wellbeing of guests and staff across all waterpark aquatic areas by setting and maintaining the site’s aquatic safety strategy and standards. The role provides leadership for the lifeguard and safety teams, ensures regulatory compliance and alignment with industry best practices, and coordinates cross-functional safety efforts with hotel, events, maintenance, and emergency services. The position focuses on maintaining water quality, incident oversight, and continuous improvement of safety programs.
