Assistant Managers / Managers in IMDA's Jobs and Skills team lead the design and delivery of workforce development programmes under the TechSkills Accelerator (TeSA) initiative to grow Singapore's ICT talent pipeline. The role partners with industry, institutes of higher learning, trade associations and government agencies to create training pathways, job opportunities and solutions for manpower challenges. It also monitors ICT labour market trends and provides data-driven recommendations to optimise programmes and policy alignment.
