Manager, Benefits

The Manager, Benefits leads the administration, delivery, and ongoing improvement of employee benefits programs, with a primary focus on Health & Welfare benefits and benefits administration. The role oversees Retirement, voluntary benefits, tuition reimbursement, and family-support programs while partnering with leadership to translate strategies into effective program administration and a high-quality team member experience. This position involves managing vendors, leading annual renewals and Open Enrollment, and developing the Benefits team to ensure accurate and responsive service delivery.
