Manager Breast Care Center

This role provides clinical leadership and administrative oversight for all Breast Care Centers within Cape Cod Healthcare, ensuring standardized, evidence-based processes and a culture of safety. The position involves coordinating patient care across multiple departments, developing educational programs, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards such as NAPBC, ACR, and MQSA. Additionally, the manager leads performance improvement initiatives, supports staff development, and collaborates with leadership to enhance quality of care and operational efficiency.
