The Manager, Bronx Zoo, Operations provides day-to-day leadership to the Operations Department, ensuring the Zoo's facilities, infrastructure, and public spaces are maintained safely and to a high standard. This role coordinates maintenance and repair activities across the campus, supervises in-house trades and outside contractors, and manages preventive maintenance programs. The position serves as a key link between Operations and other departments, prioritizing work and ensuring minimal disruption to animal care, staff, and guests.
