Manager, Business Continuity

The Manager, Business Continuity supports Americold’s enterprise-wide business continuity, operational resilience, crisis management, and IT disaster recovery programs across a global network of temperature-controlled facilities. This role develops and executes strategies to prevent, prepare for, and recover from business disruptions while partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen organizational resilience. The position ensures the continuity of service for customers and protects critical business processes through comprehensive risk management and program governance.
