Carrot is seeking a strategic and people-focused Manager, Business Intelligence to lead and scale its BI function. The role oversees a growing team of BI Analysts and Data Engineers and partners with cross-functional leaders to enable data-informed decision-making across the organization. It reports to the VP, Data & Business Intelligence and will help strengthen data governance and analytics capabilities.
