Ontario Northland
The Manager, Business Intelligence leads a team to develop and maintain key performance indicators, metrics, and reporting frameworks that support Ontario Northland's strategic objectives and operational performance. This role designs data governance processes, provides analytical insights to senior leadership, and drives a culture of data‑informed decision‑making across the organization.
Ontario Northland is a Crown agency of the Government of Ontario that provides transportation services across Northern Ontario, headquartered in North Bay. It operates intercity motor coach (bus) services and the Polar Bear Express passenger train linking Cochrane to Moosonee, and is actively working toward the reinstatement of the Northlander passenger rail service in Northeastern Ontario. Additional services include freight, parcel delivery, and rail infrastructure, with a mandate to connect remote communities and support regional mobility in both English and French.
