Manager, Business Planning

The Manager, Business Planning leads profit planning activities for an assigned Business Unit within DENSO North America, developing and managing mid-term, annual, and monthly profit plans. This role conducts performance follow-ups against plans and provides financial insights to Business Unit and Business Group leadership to support decision-making and achieve financial objectives. The position operates under the guidance of the Corporate Planning Department while remaining embedded with the Business Unit, requiring close collaboration across finance, manufacturing, sales, engineering, and corporate functions.
