The role leads high-performing teams, fosters strategic partnerships, and drives continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the organization's disability management strategy and Curated Care model. This position focuses on improving recovery, sustainable return-to-work outcomes, and customer experience across various disability segments, including mental health.
