Manager, Cash Applications

The Revenue Cycle Manager, Cash Applications and Patient Financial Assistance at Baxter leads strategic direction and operations for payment posting, reconciliation, adjustments, overpayment and denial posting resolution, and patient financial assistance across Bardy Cardiology. The role ensures compliance and reporting, develops policies and procedures, and oversees end-of-month closing activities to maintain accuracy and efficiency. The manager reports to the Associate Director, Revenue Cycle Management – Cardiology and leads supervisors and RCM teams.
