Manager Central Forecasting

The Manager Central Forecasting role involves building and improving a central forecasting capability within Action, developing demand forecasting, demand planning, and S&OP processes to enable better decision-making across Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance teams. This position requires designing a standardized framework, ensuring reliable volume forecasts for the logistics network, and leading the implementation of structured S&OP processes with clear governance and KPIs. The role serves as the primary point of contact between Commerce, Planning, Supply Chain, and Finance, driving forecast accuracy and optimizing forecasting tools and systems.
