The Manager Change & Engagement will lead the design and delivery of change engagement, readiness, and adoption activities for Rio Tinto's Modern ERP transformation program. Reporting to the Global Change Manager, the role partners with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure people are prepared, engaged, and supported throughout large‑scale business change.
